Tools Down Heads Up

Brand Identity Design for Tools Down Heads Up

Moe Racing Club engaged me to create a Brand Identity Design for a new program they were creating ‘Tools Down Heads Up’. The program aims to support the mental health, emotional resilience, and life skills of apprentices and trainees through quarterly wellbeing breakfasts  - combining food, connection, and learning. The brand needed to be seperate from the Moe Racing Club brand and be one that captured a younger audience. A contemporary gender neutral brand was created that is engaging as well as compelling in terms of messaging. The logo reflected the essence of the project - putting tools down / work aside and creating conversation around mental health. The style chosen was contemporary and engaging and linked to the rest of the brand through colour selection, typography and icons created. A few templates were also created to help get the program up and running including social media templates and poster design. Since the programs introduction it has been awarded the Regional Mental & Social Wellbeing Award at the 2026 Community Clubs Victoria Awards as well as attracting some big name guest speakers. This project was a fantastic one to work on and one that I was proud to be part of.
