I had the privilege of working with the committee at the Paynesville Classic Boat Rally & Maritime Festival on creating a modern and refreshed look for the festival. Located in Paynesville, East Gippsland the festival celebrates classic boats with timeless lines as well as the Gippsland Lakes and its long maritime history. With a desire to keep the cleat and knot icon from the original brand I created a refreshed look for this and the brand surrounding it focusing on creating a more engaging visual for the festival as a whole to attract potential visitors. The committee wanted the festival to have a more vibrant friendly feel that was welcoming as well as engaging to families as well. In addition to the brand being created a suite of other items were also created including signage, posters, flyers and social media templates.
